Maypole covers offer the combination of 3 spunbound polypropylene layers in conjunction with 1 water resistant film layer gives an advantage not only in terms of water resistance, but also in breathability to aid the wicking and evaporation of held moisture, and condensation that can naturally form.
The film itself is known to offer a better resistance to water (set amount of water over a set amount of time, for penetration) over commonly used membranes.
At 163grammes per square metre, the Maypole covers are light, manageable and easy to fit – fitting and care instructions are included with each cover.
Another special feature of the Maypole breathable motorhome covers, is the bonding pattern used to hold the layers together; the “rectangle oval”. This is seen as a repeated ‘capsule’ shape pattern on the covers. The rounded end to the bonding prints helps to prevent stress and tears under normal usage and conditions.
